Handle and respond to domestic and international customer enquiriesn
Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channelsn
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programes / Retreatsn




Follow up with leads consistently and drive conversionsn
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing clientsn
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closuren
Negotiate and address customer queries to support the conversion processn
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRMn
Achieve individual and team sales targetsn
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experiencen

nWhat We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related fieldn
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsn
Confident in handling domestic and international clientsn
Good follow-up and lead conversion skillsn
Target-oriented and self-motivatedn
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication toolsn
