Responsible for NPI and engineering execution of PCB Assembly projects in an AS9100-certified aerospace/defense or EMS environment, ensuring compliance to IPC standards and smooth transition from prototype to production.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead NPI activities for PCBA from prototype to production.
• Execute APQP, BOM validation, and project planning.
• Conduct DFM/DFA reviews as per IPC guidelines.
• Ensure process readiness and compliance with AS9100 quality requirements.
• Coordinate prototype, pilot, and production builds with cross-functional teams.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions during NPI and early production.
• Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721 preferred).
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems, documentation, and audits.
Qualification
• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electronics or related discipline.
• 58 years of relevant experience in Aerospace / Defense / EMS manufacturing.
