0.5–3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing .n
Solid knowledge of US hiring processes and work authorizations.n
Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical resumes.n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.n
Willingness to work in US shifts.n
