About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, aggressive, and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to lead the expansion of the Hariom Atta Chakki franchise network.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete franchise development cycle — from market identification, lead generation and investor acquisition to franchise conversion, store opening and franchise network management.

This is a growth-focused leadership role for someone who understands franchise sales, investor relationships, market expansion and team building, and can independently develop recent franchise markets.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Lead Generation & Acquisition
Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality franchise leads across target markets.




Generate leads through digital campaigns, franchise portals, databases, referrals, exhibitions, events, networking and direct outreach.
Handle and qualify incoming franchise enquiries based on investment capacity, location, business profile and seriousness.
Build and continuously maintain a robust pipeline of potential franchise investors.

Franchise Sales & Conversion
Take complete ownership of the franchise sales cycle from Lead → Qualification → Presentation → Meeting → Negotiation → Closure.
Conduct franchise presentations, calls and meetings with prospective investors.
Explain the franchise business model, investment structure, commercial prospect, company support and operating requirements.
Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects and drive them towards closure.
Negotiate commercially while protecting the company’s franchise standards and business interests.
