Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our agile team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
Effectively communicate company offerings, benefits, and special promotions.
Identify and qualify potential leads through telecalling efforts.
Follow up with customers on inquiries, feedback, and scheduled appointments.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a qualified and timely manner.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and provide updates.




Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, customer service, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet), time management, organizational skills.
Education: Any Graduate or Diploma Holder.
