Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement environments.
Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform administration and governance.
Experience managing multiple Dynamics 365 settings across development, test, UAT, and production.
Robust understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions, managed and unmanaged customizations, and solution dependencies.
Experience with deployment tools such as:
Azure DevOps
Power Platform pipelines
PAC CLI
Solution Packager
Other approved ALM tools
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, service principals, application users, and role-based access control.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 integrations, APIs, plugins, workflows, Power Automate, and external systems.
Experience with incident, change, problem, and release management processes.
Solid documentation, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
