JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: IT EXECUTIVE
DEPARTMENT: IT
REPORTS TO: IT-Head
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Troubleshoot technical issues on desktops, laptops, servers and network.
Install, Configure and Maintain computers and its related software.
Support ISO and Client audits.
Perform system changes adhered to Organizational policies.
Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot and assistance to end users who are working from home.
Maintain technical documentation.
Patch Management.
TECHNICAL SKILLSET:-
Windows Platforms Windows 7, Windows 8.1 & Windows 10.1
Linux Platforms – Linux Mint
Anti-Virus
Microsoft Active Directory
Windows Backups and Restorations.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:-
B.E / B. Tech, BSC & BCA.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing IT infrastructure independently and solid computer knowledge.
