We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler / Data Architect to join a large-scale migration and transformation program.
Skills:
5–9 years of experience in data modeling for Oracle, MySQL, and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra).
Robust domain expertise in HRMS or Financial systems.
Experience with enterprise data models, data migration, legacy system integration, ETL/ELT, and schema design.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler (or similar), ER modeling, normalization, metadata management, and data lineage.
Exposure to Hadoop or other Big Data technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Design logical and physical data models for migration projects.
Define schemas, keys, constraints, indexes, and data mappings.
Support data migration, schema conversion, and legacy system integration.
Implement data governance, metadata, and MDM standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable data solutions.
