Role & Responsibilities
Manage and support existing customers by building robust relationships.
Ensure timely subscription renewals and improve customer retention.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
Resolve customer queries and deliver a seamless service experience while achieving renewal and revenue targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 1-4years of experience in customer service, retention, renewals, account management, or sales.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
