We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D/3D Draftsman to join our design and construction team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing residential and commercial building drawings and a positive understanding of construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate 2D architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and views using SketchUp.
Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings.
Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical and plumbing requirements.
Assist in developing and refining residential and commercial building designs.
Make revisions based on design requirements and site conditions.
Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and suitable for execution at site.
Basic knowledge of rendering software will be an advantage.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of residential and commercial building planning and construction.
Basic understanding of spatial planning and functionality.
Ability to understand and prepare basic electrical and plumbing layouts/diagrams.
Understanding of architectural drawings, dimensions, levels and construction details.
Valuable attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Ability to coordinate with designers, engineers, clients and site teams.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural / structural / interior drafting or a related field.
