Qualifications:
Experience in retail or supermarket management, including staff supervision and day-to-day store operations.
Robust customer service and communication skills, with the ability to address concerns and maintain a positive shopping workplace.
Basic knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and sales planning to support revenue and margin goals.
Ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and foster a team-oriented, respectful workplace culture.
Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for reporting and record-keeping.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.
Prior experience in grocery, fashion, or cosmetics retail is an advantage; a diploma or degree in business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
