Role & responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare monthly financial statements - Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable analysis.
Generate MIS reports and management reports for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
Monitor budgets versus actual costs.
Identify cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
Perform Region-wise profitability and variance analysis.
Conduct financial performance analysis and provide recommendations.
Identify cost optimization and efficiency improvement prospects.
Support strategic business planning initiatives.
Manage vendor payments, subcontractor billing, and customer invoicing.
Ensure timely collections and maintain receivable aging reports.
Perform vendor/customer reconciliation and payment monitoring.
Monitor and manage company cash flow across multiple projects.
Handle fund planning, working capital optimization, and banking relationships.
Coordinate with banks regarding facilities,



documentation, and financial requirements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and returns.
Ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audits and close audit observations effectively.
Develop finance policies and operational procedures where required.

Preferred candidate profile
CMA / CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in NBFC industry / Corporate.
Solid knowledge of Business Accounting, Budgeting, Taxation, Treasury, MIS Reporting, GST, TDS, Audit, and Financial Controls.
Experience working with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and business-oriented approach.
Experience in handling a team will be preferred.
