We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Consultant/Developer with strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SPM solutions while leveraging core platform features to meet business requirements.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
Robust understanding of ServiceNow platform development.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
Experience in ServiceNow configuration including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.
Knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Valuable understanding of Agile and project management processes.

Preferred Skills
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
ServiceNow SPM / PPM certification is a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
