The Team

The Commercial Excellence CoE is a pivotal function within A&M;’s broader global Commercial Excellence practice, serving as the GCC-based hub and Supports Pricing, Sales effectiveness, Customer retention & renewals and other commercial excellence topics working closely with our U.S-based team across both B2C and B2B businesses. Our team plays a critical role in consolidating and scaling A&M;’s Commercial Excellence capabilities bringing analytical rigor, commercial insight,



and operational know-how to help clients unlock measurable margin improvement. As part of our firm’s continued investment in building out a full spectrum Commercial Excellence offering, the CoE acts as both a capability enabler and innovation engine developing reusable methodologies, diagnostic tools, and accelerators that support pricing transformation initiatives across industries and markets.
