Key Responsibilities
Conduct English language training sessions for employees/students.
Improve learners spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
Assess learners communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare training plans, activities, exercises, and learning materials.
Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations, and conversation practice.
Provide constructive feedback and track individual learner progress.
Develop learners confidence in skilled and day-to-day communication.
Maintain training records and achieve defined training outcomes.
Eligibility & Requirements
MA/BA in English is mandatory.
1+ year of experience as an English Trainer, Communication Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, or similar role.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Robust grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
