1 should have hands on experience on COBOL, JCL, DB2.

2 should have experience in resolving incident requests including P1 & P2.

3 should have experience in Mainframes support projects, Banking projects preferred.

4 should know how to manage multiple activities simultaneously including service requests and incident tickets.

5 should be adaptable in working different shifts as per the requirement of the project.

6 should have positive communications skills , both written as well as oral.
