Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Salary: Up to 22,000 In-Hand

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for talent acquisition. Fresh HR interns as well as candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Handle offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Eligibility Criteria




HR Interns or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and job portals is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Up to 22,000 In-Hand (based on experience and interview performance).
Fixed working hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
2nd Saturday and all Sundays are fixed weekly offs.
