Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and foster the growth of a high-performing technical team (minimum 3 years of direct team management required).
Client Onboarding & Integrations: Drive complex customer system integrations, utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and APIs.
Technical Architecture: Oversee and advise on relational database design, management techniques, and information processing principles.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust system and software quality assurance (QA) best practices and methodologies.
Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Function in a critical customer-facing capacity, translating complex technical concepts into straightforward, actionable steps for business stakeholders.
Execution Excellence: Prioritize and execute technical tasks effectively within quick-paced, high-pressure environments.
