Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Generate leads through references, customer interactions, and business development activities.
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing and servicing.

Eligibility:
Graduate preferred; freshers can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and confident personality.
Sales/business development experience will be an advantage.
Candidates from banking, insurance, BPO, telecom, or retail sales backgrounds can apply.

Candidates are required to be IRDA approved so they may be required to pass IRDA Exam which costs ₹1250/- (max) taken by IRDA.
