About Us

Nyce Renos Inc. is a growing Canadian renovation and construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our remote team and ensure that daily operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations across all departments.
Monitor employee productivity and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Track project progress and follow up on outstanding work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Improve and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with estimators, marketing, accounting, and project management teams.
Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
Ensure deadlines and company standards are consistently met.




Support management with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple people and projects simultaneously.
High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, or team management is preferred.
