Role & responsibilities:
Business analysis, reviews and planning along with the Project CEO
Making all preparations and briefing etc before the meetings and calls.
Working on/ following up with various departments on strategic business planning inputs for the planning process.
Accompanying the Project CEO during all key meetings and preparing the MOM, keeping track of key points discussed and follow-ups before the review meetings.
Creation and follow ups on significant initiatives as identified from time to time.
Going through and vetting various documents related to project management & projects execution.
Coordinating with the Senior Leaders for information and action.
Analyzing internal data, reviewing environmental & industry trends - highlight issues of concern and recommend appropriate measures.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards and present the same.
Managing special projects, developing project deliverables (presentations, status updates, etc)
