Role & responsibilities
Night Shift (US Shift)
Timing -7:00 PM -4:00 AM (Onsite Only)
Location - Noida Sector -62
Experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
Robust understanding of US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, TN, EAD, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven setting.
Robust sourcing and screening capabilities.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in US IT staffing is preferred.
