Tasks & Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the Sales Team for business conversion, market penetration, and customer retention.
Provide hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes, conduct technical and DAP discussions with customers, and coordinate tooling-up projects.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in CNC machines, NC programming, and complete project execution as per committed timelines.
Demonstrate value propositions by presenting cost-saving and productivity improvement proposals to customers through the best tooling solutions over competition,



seminars, and technical presentations.
Lead the sales team in identifying process improvement opportunities at customer premises and provide the right tooling proposals to establish improved CPC and productivity.
Identify conversion opportunities with key customers and conduct extensive tooling trials to achieve better cost savings, supporting the sales team in generating current business.
Provide sound technical knowledge in work-holding devices and cutting tool troubleshooting.
Act as the nodal coordinator in the complaint management system and assist the sales team with the right strategy for both real-time and offline troubleshooting cases.
Coordinate with stakeholders from design, project, and production teams to finalize tooling solutions and propose new products.
