Tasks & Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute production activities for the manufacturing of Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Tools, and Special Purpose Cutting Tools to meet production targets.
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes including CNC tool grinding, edge preparation, coating coordination, inspection, and packaging operations.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, delivery commitments, and cost objectives.
Analyze and improve machine utilization, cycle times, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).




Coordinate with Design, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely order execution.
Monitor tooling performance, process capability, and product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Ensure proper utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to achieve optimal production costs.
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities by validating manufacturing processes and establishing production standards.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.

Profile & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in cutting tools manufacturing, CNC grinding, precision machining, or tool production environments.
Strong knowledge of Solid Carbide C
