Tasks & Responsibilities

Present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's share at key accounts. Coordinate with Projects, Application, and Support teams to discuss and solve customer challenges.




Engage at multiple levels and build brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customer organizations.
Conduct brand promotion activities, seminars, and product training programs at customer locations.
Participate in major trials, troubleshooting activities, and documentation in coordination with CVF. Perform customer mapping and maintain customer profile cards.
Negotiate with direct customers and channel partners to secure business orders.
Coordinate with external and internal teams regarding payment follow-ups, order booking, and related business issues.
Implement business contracts as per customer terms and conditions.

Profile / Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent.
5 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or business development within the cutting tools, tooling, metalworking, or manufactur
