Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated, professional, and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B and B2C sales for our IT and technology solutions. The candidate should be a quick learner who can understand guidance, grasp new concepts, follow instructions accurately, and work professionally as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify B2B and B2C leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, references, and other channels.
Identify new business opportunities in the IT and technology sector.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations/proposals and follow up with prospects.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and work towards closing deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information.




Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and onboarding.
Understand and implement sales strategies and guidance provided by management.
