Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of restaurant construction and fit-out projects.
Plan project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with company guidelines.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Manage project costs and control budget deviations.
Review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical specifications.
Ensure statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
Conduct regular site visits and resolve construction-related issues.
Prepare project reports, MIS, and progress updates for management.
Manage contractor performance and billing certification.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
