Key Responsibilities
Generate leads from customers for spare
Handle customer enquiries related to spare parts and aftermarket requirements.
Identify spare parts based on machine configurations and technical documentation.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations.
Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
Follow up procurement, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.
Coordinate with service engineers for customer support requirements.
Maintain customer records, quotations, and order history.
Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for aftermarket business growth.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
Support inventory planning for fast-moving spare parts.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints and delivery of spares
Required Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of machine tool spare parts.
Understanding of mechanical assemblies and engineering drawings.
Excellent customer communication and coordination skills.
Valuable commercial awareness.
Solid organizational and planning skills.
ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
