BAMS Doctor (Ayurvedic Consultation)

Position: BAMS Doctor

Location: Noida

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable BAMS Doctor to provide telephonic and online consultations to patients. The candidate will understand patients' health concerns, recommend suitable Ayurvedic solutions, and guide them on the effective use of Herbal Chakra products while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic and online consultations with patients

. • Understand patients' medical history, symptoms, and lifestyle

. • Provide Ayurvedic health consultation and wellness guidance.

• Recommend appropriate Herbal Chakra products based on patient requirements.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to improve patient outcomes.

• Explain dosage, usage instructions, precautions,



and lifestyle modifications

. • Maintain detailed consultation records and patient follow-ups.

• Resolve patient queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order-related or product-related support when required.

Required Skills

• Robust knowledge of Ayurveda and patient counselling.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Ability to build trust and maintain skilled relationships with patients.

• Valuable sales and upselling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Mandatory.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
