We are hiring experienced specialists for a US Collection/ Recovery Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in international voice processes.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an International Voice Process
*Mininum 6 months experience In Us Collection Process
*Solid working knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA and Regulation F (Reg F) is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Versant score required
Ability to work in US night shifts
Solid customer handling and negotiation skills
Immediate joiners preferred (if applicable)
