Education Requirement
Minimum B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc. with specialization in Computer Science / Computer Applications.
MCA or equivalent relevant technology experience can also be considered.

Must-have Skills (Mandatory Skills) - DevOps technologies; Java Spring Boot; Kafka; Redis; GitHub; Jenkins; Production issue troubleshooting & RCA; L2 technical support; Deployment & setting configuration; Nginx/Apache; API performance monitoring; Kibana/Elastic Search; hands-on experience with at least one database PostgreSQL/HSQL/Cassandra; Azure DevOps/JIRA; Debugging & issue resolution; Network connectivity understanding





Positive to have skills - FinTech/Payments domain experience; Cassandra; Elastic Search; Blockchain; AI/ML; Digital Payments lifecycle; Large-scale payment platform experience; Large-scale project/program operations & maintenance; Agile practices

Top 3 Responsibilities
Production support, troubleshooting, debugging and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical issues.
Configure and manage Dev/UAT/Prod environments and deploy application updates/fixes using technologies such as Java, Nginx, Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
Monitor API/application performance, manage SLA-driven resolution, and coordinate with Development, Product, Operations, Support and external partners.
