Technical Project Manager

India – Jaipur, Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation through completion
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and vendors
Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones
Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (as applicable)
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, SDLC, and quality standards
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Manage project budgets, resources, and documentation
Support release planning and post-implementation reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field




Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Robust problem-solving and risk management abilities

Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or infrastructure projects
Background in software development or engineering
Experience managing distributed or remote teams

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
