To extrapolate sourcing effort, will be required to do reference sourcing and headhunting.
Scheduling interviews with hiring manager.
Scheduling Assessment of candidate session with hiring manager.
Working out compensation fitment of selected candidates basis compensation grid and offering them.
Managing joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
