Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring productive production and quality control.
Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
Experience in beverage manufacturing, Tetra Pak , PET or related industry.
Solid knowledge of factory head/plant head/plant manager roles in a food processing workplace.
