About the Role

Plus Transport Company is a growing bulk logistics provider specializing in industrial heavy-vehicle fleet

operations. We are looking for an organized and meticulous Logistics MIS Executive to manage daily system

updates, SAP billing entry, and fuel accountability logs at our office in Chamarajpet, Bangalore.

This role serves as the essential operational backbone connecting our daily ground operations with financial

Key Responsibilities

SAP Billing & Portal Operations: Daily processing and accurate uploading of customer and vendor invoices

into the SAP portal within designated timelines.

Fuel & Diesel Reporting:



Prepare daily fuel consumption logs by auditing trip slips against pump issues and

vehicle logs to reconcile entries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Operational Data Management: Maintain organized spreadsheets for fleet tracking, trip registers, driver

details, and daily operational expenditures.

Accounts & Administrative Support: Assist the finance and accounting team with basic voucher checks,

payment logs, document archiving, and routine verification tasks.

MIS Summaries: Prepare clean daily and weekly summary reports for management to monitor operational

efficiency and billing completion statuses.
