Drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and business development initiatives.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Purchase departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements




Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
5 12+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, with experience managing multiple outlets.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management systems.

Experience: Multi-unit restaurant operations preferred.
Salary: As per company standards.
