We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the CAT - Loyalty department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loyalty programs and be able to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business objectives and strategies.
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote loyalty programs and products.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners,



and internal teams.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful loyalty programs.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build solid relationships.
Solid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
