Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert leads generated by the marketing/sales team into successful business deals
Understand client requirements in detail and provide suitable fire safety solutions
Coordinate with internal technical and design teams for accurate proposals and execution
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively
Ensure smooth onboarding of recent clients and project handover to execution team
Maintain solid relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (AMC, upgrades, additional systems)
Monitor ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction
Handle key accounts and ensure long-term business retention
Support in tender finalization and high-value deal closures
Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for deal conversion
Work towards achieving revenue targets and business growth goals

Required Skills:
Strong negotiation and closing skills




Excellent client handling and relationship management
Positive understanding of technical/industrial products (preferably fire safety systems)
Ability to convert leads into revenue
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Strong coordination skills with internal teams
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Qualification:
Graduate (mandatory)
MBA in Marketing (preferred)
B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical or related field preferred)

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in business development / sales closure role
Experience in fire safety, construction, or industrial sector preferred
Proven track record of deal closures and revenue generation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
