Railyatri is hiring a Process Trainer to support training and development activities within our call center operations. The role focuses on improving agent performance, delivering training sessions, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
Work Hours
Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for current hires and existing employees
Prepare and deliver training materials and process modules
Monitor trainee progress and evaluate performance during training
Identify knowledge gaps and provide additional coaching
Work with team leaders to improve overall team performance
Update training content, SOPs and process guidelines
Maintain training records, reports and attendance data
Requirements
Proficiency in Hindi and English
At least 1 year of experience in training or quality in a call center
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in evening shifts
Preferred Skills
Understanding of call center operations and quality metrics
Ability to provide explicit and constructive feedback
Basic reporting and documentation skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
