Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Management or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk assessments.
Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Team Coordination and Leadership:
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Foster collaboration and explicit communication among team members and stakeholders.
Provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure team performance aligns with project objectives.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain explicit and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.




Manage expectations and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project outcomes meet the defined quality standards and objectives.
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to maintain high performance and compliance.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including lessons learned, for future reference.
Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Business Management or a related field. A certification in project management is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5years of proven experience in project management.
Technical Skills: Proficient in project management tools
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
Other Requirements: Knowledge of REACH regulation, SDS, regulatory compliance, etc.
