nN. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research (NLDIMSR), Mumbai, invites applications from accomplished academic leaders for the position of Dean – Academics .
n
nWe are seeking a visionary skilled who can provide strategic academic leadership, drive innovation in teaching and learning, strengthen research excellence, and lead accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
n
n Key Responsibilities
n• Provide strategic direction for academic programs and policies
n• Lead curriculum development and academic quality enhancement
n• Drive accreditation, rankings, and regulatory compliance initiatives
n• Foster a culture of research, publications, and faculty development
n• Strengthen industry-academia collaborations and global partnerships
n• Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes and academic governance
n
n Eligibility
n• Ph.D.



in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university
n• Minimum 15 years of academic experience in higher education
n• At least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role such as Dean, Associate Dean, Academic Director, Professor & Head, or equivalent
n• Proven experience in accreditation, curriculum design, faculty leadership, and institutional development
n
