nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer with robust expertise in AML/CFT compliance systems, UAE Banking regulations, and hands-on experience with the SIRON.One application suite.

nKey Responsibilities
n✅ Lead QA testing of compliance platforms to ensure adherence to CBUAE regulations, Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 2025, and FATF guidelines.
n✅ Perform functional testing and validation of SIRON modules including:
n

- AMLn
- KYCn
- Embargo Screeningn

n✅ Validate alert generation logic aligned with UAE-specific money laundering typologies.
n✅ Test and verify goAML portal integrations, including:
n
- n
- Data extraction validationn
- XML schema transformationsn




- Regulatory reporting workflowsn

n✅ Validate sanctions and PEP screening processes against:
n
- n
- UAE Local Terrorist Listsn
- UN Security Council Sanctions Listsn
- Global watchlistsn

n✅ Assess customer risk-scoring models and ensure compliance handling for:
n
- n
- High-risk jurisdictionsn
- Complex corporate structuresn
- Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO)n

n✅ Design, develop, and execute AML/CFT-focused test cases and test scenarios.
n✅ Manage the complete defect lifecycle using JIRA/ALM, ensuring compliance-related issues are addressed before release.
n✅ Provide daily status reporting on:

- Risks & Issuesn
- RAG statusn
- QA metricsn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
nDomain Expertise
n
- n
- 5+ years of experience in Banking QA.n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance testing within UAE/GCC banking environment
