Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery. Maintain good customer relationships. Follow up with customers through calls and Whats App. Work towards achieving sales targets. Maintain customer details and follow-up records. Requirements Basic communication skills. Basic spoken English and good Hindi. Friendly, confident and presentable personality. Good with customers and customer follow-ups. Basic knowledge of Whats App and smartphones. Sales or jewellery experience preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a willingness to learn can also apply.
