Ctc- upto 8-10 lpa (depends on interview)

Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and key retailers Ensure effective distribution, visibility, and merchandising Plan and execute trade schemes and promotional activities Monitor competitor activity and market trends Track collections, stock levels, and primary/secondary sales
Requirements: Proven experience in FMCG general trade sales Robust distributor and channel management skills Good communication and negotiation abilities Willingness to travel within assigned territory Graduate degree preferred
Preferred Experience: 5–10 years in FMCG sales, preferably in general trade channels Qualification- MBA
