Role Description This is a full time, in office Cashier role based in Gorakhpur. The Cashier will handle daily cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of sales and payments. Responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift, reconciling any discrepancies, and ensuring that all financial procedures are followed. The role involves assisting customers with billing and payment questions, providing clear information about charges, and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor.



The Cashier will also support basic administrative tasks related to accounting, documentation, and coordination with the finance or management team.
Qualifications
Ability to accurately handle cash, card payments, and basic accounting entries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain error-free transaction records.
Good customer service and communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems or billing software.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time on-site in Gorakhpur.
Prior experience as a cashier, teller, or in a similar finance or retail role is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in accounting or commerce is a plus.
Ability to work in a team, follow company policies, and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
