About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to drive Home Loan sales through the DST (Direct Sales Team) Channel across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through direct sourcing, referral networks, and channel partners while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home loan journey. This role is primarily field-based and requires solid relationship management, sales execution, and market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

* Achieve monthly and quarterly Home Loan sales targets.
* Generate business through direct sourcing,



referrals, builders, real estate agents, brokers, and other business channels.
* Identify and convert prospective customers into successful loan disbursements.
* Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and sales activities to maximize business generation.
Relationship Management

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
* Develop a strong network of builders, real estate consultants, connectors, and referral partners.
* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
* Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
Loan Process Management

* Guide customers through the Home Loan application process.
* Assist customers in completing applications and collecting required documents.
* Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Underwriting teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.
