Role Description The Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of avionics programs from planning through execution and completion. This role oversees project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer support teams.



The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional communication, manage risks and issues, and maintain program documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders. In addition, the role involves monitoring quality standards, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting customers and partners with timely updates on program status and product milestones.
Qualifications
Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and customer support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present status reports and technical information clearly.
Background in aviation, aerospace, electronics, or related technology-driven industries is highly beneficial.
