Patra Labs is an independent product studio building consumer apps. We grow primarily through creator-led content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We're looking for someone to own the top of that funnel.
What you'll do
Research and build lists of micro and nano influencers (1K to 100K followers) in our niches: skincare and beauty, fitness, parenting, edtech, and self-improvement
Send cold DMs and emails, follow up, and keep conversations moving
Negotiate deal terms: barter, flat fee, affiliate, or a mix
Coordinate briefs, deadlines, and deliverables once a creator says yes
Track everything (outreach sent, replies, rates quoted, content shipped) in a simple sheet or Notion board
Report weekly on what's working: which niches reply, which pitch angles convert, what creators are charging.
What we're looking for
You spend real time on Instagram and TikTok and can tell a genuine creator from an engagement-pod account
Explicit, natural written English. Your DMs should sound like a person, not a template




Comfortable being ignored 80% of the time and following up anyway
Organized enough that nothing falls through the cracks
Available roughly 15 to 20 hours a week, with some overlap with IST working hours
No prior experience needed. Students and first-time interns welcome
Nice to have
You've run your own content account, even a small one
Familiar with affiliate links, UTM tracking, or creator platforms

Stipend: INR 4,000 to 8,000 per month, based on experience
Bonus based on performance
Duration: 3 months, extendable
Fully remote, flexible hours
Certificate on completion, plus a recommendation if you do well
