Role Description The Bench Sales Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing and placing bench consultants with suitable client opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with clients and internal teams. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, negotiating terms,



maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The Bench Sales Recruiter will also track recruitment metrics, update databases and reports, and collaborate closely with account management and hiring stakeholders to meet placement targets and support business growth.
