TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are delivered on time and at optimised cost.
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet demand.
Ensure that production meets highest quality standards and specifications.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, including unionized workmen.
Foster a positive and collaborative work workplace.
Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise within the team.




Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize resources.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and documentation
PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in precision cutting tools and total experience should not be less than 15 years.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
